Prize

Prize is a $500 Grocery Voucher redeemable for goods available for retail sale at any Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown supermarket. The $500 Gift Voucher will be subject to the issuer’s terms of use. There are 25 prizes to be won.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
  2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are a Onecard cardholder. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promotion commences at 8.00 am on Monday 7th June 2010 & closes 11.59pm on Sunday 11th July 2010 (“Promotion Period).
  4. An automatic entry in the prize draw will be awarded when you have used your Onecard to purchase 5 MAGGI products any time during the Promotion Period from a participating Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown supermarket, (ie. to get 2 entries in the prize draw, 10 MAGGI products must be purchased, etc).
  5. Purchases may be made by:
    • Instore - simply swipe your Onecard at the check out at the time of purchase; or
    • Online - enter your Onecard number when you order and purchase online. (Note that the delivery date for items purchased online must be within the Promotion Period.)
  6. Entry is not limited. The entrant will receive an entry in the prize draw every time that 5 MAGGI Products are purchased during the Promotion Period when their Onecard is used.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with or manipulating the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  8. Prize is a $500 Grocery Voucher redeemable for goods available for retail sale at any Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown supermarket. The $500 Gift Voucher will be subject to the issuer’s terms of use. There are 25 prizes to be won.
  9. The prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 14th July, 2010 at the offices of Progressive Enterprises Limited in Manukau. The first 25 valid entries drawn will each win the prize. Each prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and their name and town may also appear at www.nestle.co.nz/whatsnew
  10. Prize is not transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Prize will only be delivered in New Zealand and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
  12. The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited are not responsible for any entries that are late, misdirected or lost and take no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly through the Onecard system or if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or outdated contact details being recorded on the Onecard system. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Onecard database are correct. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be redrawn.
  13. The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited and their related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (Including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. All entries remain the property of Onecard and Progressive Enterprises Limited. All personal information will be collected and stored by Onecard (Progressive Enterprises Limited) in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. Progressive Enterprises Limited may use entrants’ personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes in accordance with standard Onecard terms and conditions.
  15. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.
  16. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
