1. To make the Blue Cheese and Garlic Butter, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill until ready to use. This butter is delicious served with beef and other red meats, and can be stored in the freezer, rolled into a cylinder and wrapped in foil. 3. Lightly spray or brush the steaks with cooking oil and cook on a preheated grill. For medium steaks grill for 4–6 mins on each side. 4. Rest the steaks under foil for 5–10 mins. 5. Serve each steak with a dollop of fl avourful Blue Cheese and Garlic Butter.
